Self-Pickup:
Self-pickup is available from our store at 18 Rambam Street, Tel Aviv.
- Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Exchanges and Returns:
- Unused items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds for website purchases are available for unused items in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
- You can exchange or return items in person at no cost at the studio shop. Our address is 18 Rambam St., Tel Aviv; we are open Sunday–Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Exchanges via delivery incur a double shipping fee (round-trip) of 60 NIS. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 053-7837572 to arrange the delivery.
- Returning an item to us costs 30 NIS for shipping.
- A monetary refund will be issued, less a 5% processing fee or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
- Custom-designed and non-standard size items cannot be returned.
- All in accordance with the timeframes and conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Regulations

Jewelry Care and Warranty:
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Israel, made of brass, and plated with gold and silver.
Our jewelry plating is high-quality and water-resistant, and we provide a one-year warranty for it.
However, other factors can also affect the appearance of the jewelry, such as contact with chemicals and the skin's pH level. Therefore, to preserve your jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with skincare products and perfumes, as well as wearing it during sports activities or while swimming in the sea or a pool.
After the warranty expires:
- Repair will be possible for a nominal fee.
- If the piece of jewelry cannot be repaired, we will offer solutions such as a replacement or a credit, at the team's discretion.
Sensitive to nickel?
- Most of our jewelry features a nickel-free plating. If an item has such a plating, we indicate this in the product description.
- If the item is not produced with a nickel-free plating, the entire piece can be ordered with nickel-free plating at no extra cost for those with a sensitivity to nickel.
